I have to do a report on pros and cons on either a vegan diet or a perricone diet?

i have researched these types of diets and I had no luck, is there anything else on the pros and cons on these diets?

    what’s a perricone diet? a vegan diet tho is less healthy than an all meant diet

    A vegan diet is generally very unhealthy. In fact, it’s impossible to sustain such a diet in a healthy way without the use of supplements. Any diet that REQUIRES supplements in order to be healthy is not a healthy diet, IMO.

    The Perricone diet I’ve heard is quite healthy (havent tried it myself), but gets costly…

    don’t listen to those who know it all about vegan eating habits… and nutrition it’s bull… there’s no apparent issue with minerals actually if you eat a balance vegan diet.

    perricone so far in my opinion is yet another scam waiting to pull suckers in and make them fatter in the long run… most scam diets fail remember that when searching for a diet that your body will benefit from.

    never ever starve yourself! you shouldn’t have to pay anyone for any diet.. the diet is in front of you.. it’s called eating right.. moderation and exercise.
