hello dude greets! I had left my camileo s20 camcroder battery not charged for a few months as i wasn’t using it and today i found out the li-ion battry is dead. I tried you method for 101-5minutes but it didn;t worked form me. Any chance letting it longer than that? Thanks

Will this work for a cellphone battery that won’t keep a charge for as long as it’s suppose to after it charged normally because my cellphone battery dose that and dose not keep a charge for very long after a full charge
Awesome! This worked wonders! I have a question though…Can u cut off a chargers wire and do the same thing instead of using a USB cable can u use a charger and plug it into a socket and do the same thing?

@TheDumbGrunt I tried this and it worked but now even with a brand new battery the phone won’t charge my battery. Bad idea I should’ve just waited two days for the new battery I ordered to show up….

@skiddni Battery was like completely gone. I had the phone plugged in for 2 days on charge and nothing. I guess my charger port was gone as well. But then I use this idea to bring the battery back to life. it took like 15 min tops to come back. Awesome.
will this work with a phone battery that kinda works but it doesnt really charge and if the battery doesnt really hold a charge?
@toandy85 wait, when you tried this on your phone battery, was the battery dead meaning it just needed to be charged or was the battery completely fried and wouldn’t charge anymore ?
The MDA has a “feature”. It does not charge from the standard charger when you cant boot it. No never completely surge it. When you did just connect it to your PC and try different mini usb cables. Depending on the wiring this always works. If not hit a little pin in the reset.

this will eventually destroy your phone i recommend this for a quick fix while your charger is broken and you have not gotten a new one but not for a long term fix.
