Skin Care Advice : Foods That Help Clear Acne

Anti Aging Moisturizers

Foods that help clear acne are generally healthy foods rich in antioxidants, and drinking eight full glasses of water a day can help the skin stay hydrated and healthy. Maintain a balanced diet to improve the health of the skin with advice from a board-certified dermatologist in this free video on skin care. Expert: Loretta Ciraldo Contact: www.drloretta.com Bio: Dr. Loretta Ciraldo, the author of the book “Six Weeks to Sensational Skin”, is a board-certified dermatologist in Miami, Fla. Filmmaker: Paul Muller

Fix this food intolerance by completely removing an unnatural food for humans. I am dairy and tree fruit free.. No tree fruits. Bananas are OK. And mainly follow a whole food diet. Zero sugar. Minimum 3 months to see first signs of clearing + 6 months to clear completely. I make this video after 20+ years of suffering. If skin flakes were chemically analyzed the greedy doctors would be out of a job. Good luck!

@DaBloodBitz The same for you, not the same for the Animal/Land.

  9. AcneExpertNC says:

I think the advice given in this video is great for those who want an all-around healthy diet, however those who are looking for solid acne information will be disappointed because drinking water and eating fruits and vegetables will not clear up acne. Acne goes beyond diet and is actually caused by genetics. There are certain foods that can make already-existing acne worse however there is no food that can clear up acne.

  10. TheAsianAppleGod says:

@BadassMMA But we live in America; the home of the unhealthy foods.

American food; foods so fatty, you get a heart attack just by looking at it.

  11. DaBloodBitz says:

is organic and non organic the same

  14. royalnaz1 says:

actually there are foods that prevent acne. foods with antioxidants like grapes, berries, veggies, certain nuts but you cant just eat like 5 grapes and expect your acne not to surface you have to eat a LOT.

  15. royalnaz1 says:

milk is actually not good for acne. if you drink a little milk its not really bad but drinking like 2 glasses a day can actually worsen acne.

  16. ruheeisawesome says:

@BadassMMA ohhh i eat chips and fries oops

  17. punketa32 says:

  24. xxviciousbeautyxx says:

@calle899 No I can’t explain because I’m not you. Everyone reacts differently to different things. It doesn’t mean you are breaking out from the sugar in fruit, it could be a different reaction. Like an allergic reaction to a certain kind of fruit. Fruit has always been known to help keep skin healthy and you can’t just cut out fruit entirely. Also you can’t blame the fruit unless you are cutting out all other processed sugars which can worsen acne. Try eating one kind of fruit at a time.

  25. calle899 says:

@xxviciousbeautyxx ok , but can u then explain WHY i breakout as soon as i eat friut ? fructose cant be good if u have acne ? especially if u have cysnic acne, as soon as i eat friut i break out , when i stop it reduces , many people i know break out from friut, why is this ? kind regards ..

  26. biglroy1 says:

@ocbc1975 Pardon my disgust but I get so mad when I hear yet another skin disease name. I am sorry for your suffering. All skin problems no matter what they look like.are food allergy manifestations. I know this because I’ve seen different looking packs / flaking from my own skin caused by what I’ve eaten. Disease is not the word to describe our problems the word is allergy.

  27. biglroy1 says:

@meetjoblak Avoid fruit/sugars/dairy. All dairy and fruit is just another form of sugar. Check out my other video filmed after eating cherries. TREE SUGARS TOO ARE ESPECIALLY BAD FOR YOUR SKIN..

  28. ocbc1975 says:

Thanks for this I have also researched this and would never take another medication for my Darier’s since death was a side effect. I have totally heard that dairy, meats and grains are a really attributed to skin outbreaks. It is also known that skin outbreaks and skin rashes and imperfections is a way our bodies tell us we are toxic and our organs are overloaded and not functioning properly. Glad too hear you have come to this conclusion in your life Best Wishes. God Bless.

  29. meetjoblak says:

what do you eat then?? thanks for sharing this video bro…

  30. biglroy1 says:

@Msintroverted In my experience 2 weeks is too short of time for the impurities to rid from the body. I say 5 to 6 months is the time required.

  31. biglroy1 says:

Two thoughts….if the dermatologists/thieves really wanted to figure out what is the cause of your skin condition they could analyze the chemical make-up of your flakes. I think psoriasis is caused by sugars. The body through history did not evolve with the multitude of sugars available today. Maple syrup is a sugar that the human body rejects. Avoid all sugars/fruit/dairy is key.

  32. Msintroverted says:

I’ve been getting eczema an hives, especially on my face for almost 2 years. I notice that when I eliminated dairy for about 2 weeks it cleared, not completely but it got much better. I’ve decided to go back to being dairy free for the sake of having clear skin. It can be pretty devastating when it seems like nothing works. No cream or steriod has helped it go away other than temporarily.

  33. zevn7tp says:

I found a natural fish oil that will control it about 98%. Go to ratfishoil dt com. The scientific name for this shark is Chimaera Monstrosa Linnaeus. It’s a shark that lives 200m deep in the ocean. It worked for me and I’ve had psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis for over 13 years. I was taking Humera that was killing my immune system. I don’t take this stupid poison medicine any longer. All thanks to the Ratfish oil team in Norway. They are a true God sent. Good luck to you.

  34. biglroy1 says:

Meanwhile your addiction to dairy lives on. That’s what makes this
test so difficult. Milk is made addictive to make sure the baby calf
stays close to the utter. No different in you. You keep drinking
that feel-good liquid (MILK) for some reason.

  35. biglroy1 says:

My suggestion to all who really want a perfect clear skin……Rid
dairy from your diet. Much harder than you think. No butter, or ice-
cream, milk, cheese, cream, yogurt and all processed foods with
components of cows milk. These toxins are deep in your muscles,
tissues, and fat. So to begin seeing clearing it will take a long
time. Be patient. Minimum of 3 months to see any clearing.

  36. biglroy1 says:

@cozzy3002 Awesome dude. The main topic is the zero dairy products. I am sure dairy is a problem which makes beef an easy related target. And chicken would be too since they feed dead cows to chicken. Nce to meet you best of luck!
