Vitamins for weight loss, anti-aging, cancer prevention, I want to look like Jennifer Aniston!

After meeting Jennifer Aniston, I have looked into everything I could to look as good as she does. I think I might be taking to much though. I have been taking for weight loss; Vitamin B2, B3, B6, Sea Kelp, GTF Chromium, Pantothenic Acid, Inositol, and triple tea fat burner. For anti-aging, C0Q-10, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Resveratrol, Alpha-Lipoic Acid 600, also skin creams Neo Journee (swiss technology), and SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF. For cancer prevention; vitamin C, D3, Lysine, and Flaxseed Oil. Vitamin B12 because I’m vegetarian. I also take Estrodiol, Testosterone by prescription, and from time to time DHEA. About once a week I take Vitamin A + E. Please help me figure out if this is okay, or if I am taking too many, I want a hot body and to look good
I’m pretty sure Smartwater won’t do the trick. Though it would be great if it did!

Hi Vicky, one of the side effects of sleep apnea is low hormone levels. The problem is I live in hot flashes and night sweats with out in. This is one of the reasons that I keep my vitamin D level higher. I started adding progesterone because I read that decreases the cancer risk. My estrogen level is in the 20s.
Check the Food Matters docummentary. It talks about the benefits of high dose vitamins and diet. I found it very interesting. By the way, you still look like in your early twenties.
IMHO, you are not taking too many vitamins. Actually you are taking some very important ones that are highly beneficial and free of side effects. If you are also eating a highly nutritious diet, you shouldnt be worried. However, Carrie, are you sure you need the hormone therapy, especially estrogen? I avoid by all cotst estrogen, because it causes cancer! Look for natural estrogen replacment, if you really think you need it. But at your age i don’t think you do. I just want you to be very very
If you lived and ate healthy you wouldn’t need all this shit to stay well… ):
i mean honestly.. you dont really look big at all to be taking all those pills. no disrespect but i bet you looked better before you started taking all of that.
you look sick…
stop take vitamins and eat healhty ando do some workout…

Thanks, I have cut back a lot.. I thought Vegetarians needed B6? You prefer Fish oil over Flax, just wondering why on that, I’ve heard it the other way around. Thanks for the advice
@gillh9
For fish oil: throw them in the freezer and pop them out of the freezer with a meal and you won’t get a horrible fishy after-taste.
Vitamin D make sure to get AT LEAST 2000IU/d and probably closer to 5000IU/d.
Most important supplements for anybody (and vegeterians): Whey Protein, Fish Oil, Vitamin D, Zinc & Magnesium, Coenzyme Q10, Choline (especially important for women and vegetarians)
First: the most important thing for staying healthy is diet, exercise, and sleep. These represent 95% of the equation, given you don’t have any mineral deficiencies. That being said, many supplements can be helpful.
Here’s what you should drop or not bother taking if your diet is fine: B2, B3, B6, Panthothenic Acid, Vitamin C, Flax Seed Oil. Don’t take A+E everyday and DON’T take the highest doses you can find.
@TheBahrainvoice Why is red meat a problem?
@sstormhift
Hi, my metabolism is really slow, yes I do run everyday, and usually place in the top 25% in 5Ks. I have alternated a lot of these, but I added progesterone. Thanks I do have some L-Caritine in the fridge. I really try to do the anti aging ones and Vit D daily though, thanks for your help and comment
Do you really take all this? Processing that many pills cant be good for you, If I’m not mistaken capsules have a protection to prevent it from dissolving before theyve reached their destination in your body and processing that had a negative outcome. I think that in the end you’re producing very expensive urine. I read in one of your comments that you’re a runner and don’t have many fat cells etc… why do you take weight loss pills?
PS: I think L- carnitine is also for weight loss.
Hi Kerry, I would advise you to ditch all the pills…. and increase fruits in your diet and cut red meat and obviously exercise “swimming is the best” and you will see miracles…. I’m serious.
@ibmethatswhoib2
Thanks, I checked out your video, do you think there is anything I should cut out? I feel like I am taking too many
