Is it possible to maintain healthy, youthful-looking skin as you grow older without using Botox or Juvederm?

Anti Aging Moisturizers

If so, how? I’m 35 now, and though I’ve been told by some that I look several years younger than my actual age, I’m still interested in knowing if and how I can maintain the most youthful appearance possible as I age. I would really like to avoid resorting to Botox and surgical treatments if I can, so is there any way I can age gracefully naturally?

Avoid the sun. Drink lots of water or fluids. Eat well. Get enough sleep. That will help, somewhat. And remember, every wrinkle you get, you’ve earned; it means you’ve lived.

I suspect genetics plays a role. Even before I went vegan, I looked younger than my age, and I still do.

This culture is so obsessed with youth and the appearance thereof, and it’s really, really sad.

Totally! Find a wonderful anti aging line that suits you and your skin and eat well, drink a lot of water, take vitamins and be cautious with the sun. Meaning it’s good for you in small doses.

I love the re9 system by Arbonne and have tried others but nothing seems to suit it as much for me.
Don’t be afraid to spend a little on products and be cautious on the make up you use too.
I love a mineral powder foundation but the more expensive versions.
