    I’m really into organic skincare and love that there are people out there making videos about it, but I’m the kind of person who likes to check facts, and almost no beauty gurus on youtube provide sources of their information when they tell us why certian products are so great for our skin, and sometimes I catch them saying exactly the opposite of what I’ve learned in my own research.
    Maybe this is just be, but I’d be interested to see links to sources of info?

    Instead of spraying it, can you use a cotton pad?

    @sebrina321

    Maybe your skin is sensitive to salt, so go easy on salt to make sure that the sugar-salt ratio is 2 to 1. Also, use more water to make sure that it is not too sticky. Lastly, you can switch sugar to honey, which can be anti-inflammatory. It should solve your problem. Good luck! V

    I’ve made the toner but when I put it on my face I feel a little rash occur, it is normal or did I do something wrong?

  11. drvincentchang says:

    @sebrina321

    Correct, you do not need to wash it off. But you do need to use a lotion to keep a good water-oil balance. V

    After you “spray” it on your face you just leave it there without washing it or anything?

    can i use green tea instead of mineral water?

  16. drvincentchang says:

    @1starface1

    No, it does not have to be. However, using mineral water is recommended, as it can furnish your skin with a variety of minerals that are essential to your skin health. V

  17. 1starface1 says:

    Does it have to be mineral water?

  18. drvincentchang says:

    @PrayLoveLaughEatLive

    Light brown is fine. You can use any kind of mineral water. Actually, to conserve money, go for the cheapest one. I personally believe that any type of mineral water, expensive or inexpensive, has sufficient minerals for your precious skin. Good luck and have fun! :) Vincent

  19. PrayLoveLaughEatLive says:

    Does it matter if it’s light brown sugar? Also, what brand of mineral water do you use?

  20. bbmx3 says:

    thankyou dr.v, ill try it out tmr and see how it goes!

  21. drvincentchang says:

    @bbmx3

    I see. Every individual’s skin type is different. Based on what you have told me, I would encourage you to add more sugar and less salt to your toner. Try it out and let me know how you feel! V
